These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Pinc App ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Pinc App mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Pinc App provides statistical analysis, match predictions, and educational content related to football betting for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App is not a gambling platform and does not facilitate or enable betting activities.

4.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any predictions, statistics, or information provided through the App. Past performance and statistical analysis do not guarantee future results.

4.3 Independent Decision Making

Any betting decisions you make based on information from the App are solely your responsibility. You acknowledge that:

• All predictions and tips are for informational purposes only
• Betting involves financial risk and you may lose money
• You should never bet more than you can afford to lose
• You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and outcomes

5. Responsible Gambling

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the App will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINC APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App
• Betting losses or gambling-related financial damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pinc App and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

11.1 App Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11.2 Terms Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted in the App. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The App is controlled and operated from various jurisdictions. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Access to the App from territories where its contents are illegal or restricted is prohibited.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinc App regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
